After more than 100 years of tennis on the Farm, DARA has closed its courts on October 31, 2024, at the
49A Maple Drive location, to make room for the Ottawa Hospital's new Civic Campus.

It was a wonderful run these past years, and the DARA Board of Directors is actively pursuing a new location for our longstanding (and future!) members. 

The Future of DARA 

DARA is in discussion with a variety of potential partners for a new location.  As of Nov. 01, 2024, no new location has been confirmed, but there are positive discussions happening with the City of Ottawa. Our goal is to have courts ready for our membership in 2026. 

The Ottawa Hospital 

The new Civic Campus will have five acres of park space on top of the parking garage. TOH has committed to providing DARA space for four courts and a clubhouse in that park, but the completion/readiness date is in flux as of November, 2024.
